The person that helped us with a replacement debit card was really rude and was not very helpful with the process over 2 weeks now.....we still don't have it..save urself the frustration...take ur business where they will actually appreciate it..we are going to CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT!!! Ohhh and checking fees for basic checking is like 10.00 a month
Window teller wasn't very friendly or helpful.
Honestly probably one the worst banks ever!
