If you are needing to set up a new account or make changes to an existing account, Levi is your person! His customer service is a breath of fresh air. He was more than accommodating, he was friendly, too! There were a lot of moving parts with the changes I needed to make. He made it so effortless, and I never had to step foot in the bank. Was great for awhile, but then slowly started having nothing but issue after issue here. And despite going through multiple people, no one seems to fix the problems. And its a constant thing, it seems at this point, so idk. Bank here if you like having to constantly call about issues I suppose
Not helpful at all. Very disappointed . I've been with this bank for 3 years and they recently decided to turn my debit card off and now won't issue me a new despite taking my thousands of dollars check I deposited.
