I called this place and I spoke to someone name A.J. This representative was so informative, patient on all my questions, and mostly, I could sense his honesty. His the type of person that if you have any issues with your vehicle in the future he would lead you, he would not leave you space out. God bless this gentleman.
I cannot say enough good things about Tim and American Auto. This is my third lease in the past 2 years, plus recommended many of friends and family to Tim. He is the most honest salesman around. This review is overdue. Second car with them. First was 2021 during the pandemic and they crushed any other place I shopped at prior. A coworker referred them to me while I was frustrated shopping for a new SUV. Their first deal proposal crushed anybody I saw prior to them. Second car was due to a flood. Very unexpected so I had to shop to make sure I wasn’t losing it all ya know…. And mannnnn when I tell ya…. Again their first deal proposal beat everybody I went to prior.
