This organization is extremely unorganized. They still use paper and pencil for there exams. Test results take no less than 6 weeks to get back through email. It is almost impossible to study for. If you purchase anything from there website like a handbook it will go on back order and you will not get it before you take the test although they say it is in the mail. There $575 presentation does not come with any paper so it is useless if you need to take notes. They are only certified in 12 states. I would not reccomend this ... read more
