When I called in I was very frustrated. The Secretary of State system had a glitch that wouldn't allow me to renew my Notary. I learned that I must take a training course. When I called American Association to get information I was very fortunate to speak with Ms. Areli. She was very kind, knowledgeable and extremely patient.
