I just called and asked for the prometric exam the lady doesn’t know what is it ? She looked up their site and hanged up on me. Scam scammers

Website is very misleading. It actually takes 4 to 5 weeks. Customer Service is rude and not helpful at all. I will go through another service next time for sure.
