Bought a beautiful wood clock, looks exactly as described, gives life to our living room, looks beautiful. Excelent service.

Received a few items for a new apartment really made the place look great! Items received were just as shown on website.
I ordered 2 of the 5x7 Ruggables of the same design costing $137.00 each. Totally different it look's like one is faded but brand new. They must be from 2 different dye lots. When I got ahold of American Art Decor they said I could send them back but I would have to pay for the shipping. I will never order from this company again and would never refer any friends either.
I purchased three rugs from this company and two of the rugs were exactly as they were shown on their website the third rug wasn't even close. I contacted the company to return the third rug and thought that they would pay for shipping given that the rug was not the same as the rug on the website. They refused to pay shipping because they have a disclaimer on their website that says the pictures may not accurately reflect what you actually get.
