I used the AAA to settle a construction dispute in Syracuse, NY and the arbitrator's two page ruling was lacking of any substance and explanation. The arbitrator's award with the associated offsets were not even logical or consistent with the decision. For the fees that you pay to utilize the AAA (nearly $20k), I caution any corporation to take this approach.
