While they claim to be "nonprofit", the services provided are extremely biased in favor of the companies. They conceal every aspect of the process, under the guise of insuring impartiality. The ability to communicate with them is disturbing difficult and they find ways to justify their actions with constant excuses. If you ever have to deal with an arbitration, avoid them at all cost.
The good reviews are by fake accounts or themselves. Never trust AAA.
Another rip off company. They don't have any enforcement power. They just want $10,000 from you. Even if they side with you they don't have any power as you still have to go to court. Basically they would be a witness in your case.
