In my opinion a very biased organization towards the consumers. Of course they lean in favor of the companies making consumers go to arbitration and further dictating they use AAA to perform those services. Even though they are the administrator, they don't earn their money. Literally just have a centralized documents file, which you could create on Google and then hire a 3rd party arbitrator that both parties agree to. The parties could do that themselves. This so called "not for profit" association is all about hurting (financially) persons who have raised complaints against major corporations. The entire process is extremely flawed and they violate their own rules constantly. If you provide them with evidence of improper behavior, they ignore it and instead help the corporations that the complaint is against.
