Was looking in the face multiple times by workers never asked that I need help, They helped all the white customers, but not me
I went to make a return today and I had to drive 30 mins to the store because it is the closest american eagle and they had a sign saying they are closed today on the door. why would you be closed during regular hours? If there is inventory that needs to be done it should happen before or after regular hours. Very disappointed will have to try to find a different way to return this item or try to come back, HOPEFULLY they wont decide to close randomly again.
