UPDATE: Their response says it all: "...your concerns have been addressed." Steer clear of any veterinarian who bothers to pay for accreditation from these shysters. It is a rubber stamp that means nothing and they will protect their paying clients from being exposed for negligence, malpractice, and incompetence. This woman told me the doctor did not violate any of the AAHA's rules. Yet, the email to the quack says that so long as he updated his policies, AAHA would conceal what he did wrong. Unbelievable.
