I called in with general info and a rep named Elky responded like I personally asked to borrow money from her! Very snarky and rude remarks ! I asked if denied when would I be able to reapply(no approval or denial, just asking) she and I qoute say's "WHAT DO YOU MEAN if you get denied!"
