Absolutely useless branch. I was told it was the only shared branch that could do more than $1000 transactions - already ridiculous. This branch is literally by baggage claim so you have to park in hourly and then walk a mile and take stairs 4 times. Then I walk in and they said they're open til 5pm but stop doing shared branch at 4pm. The woman said with a smirk "it's on our website" - super condescendingly. As a matter of fact, it doesn't say that on their website. Absolutely useless.
Credit card: 1. Slow experience Answering Csr phone calls in the past. That has improved somewhat more recently. 2. They tend to lock the card if I attempt to use it outside the US.. No, I have no plans to call them for permission. I'll use my American Express in Barclay cards instead. 3. On or about November 4th 2024, their credit card division signed for a certified letter enclosing a check to pay off my credit card.
