I sent a wire transfer to Mexico on my wife's behalf and the money never arrived. They said they use Western Union to transfer funds but when we tracked it there were other transfers as well, The money never arrived it was quite a lot!! After 6 months of getting the runaround they closed the case and were out 1500 dollars!!!! First bad experience I would not use AAFCU for wire transfers.
Not sure what changed over the past few months but they are so rude and nasty to guest. Felt like I was speaking to someone who hates their jobs. They laugh while you’re trying to get a better understanding super unprofessional. Patricia Mendoza she spelled it out for me which should tell you how low of an individual she was to me.

Amazing experience! Adele and Jisenia are so helpful and friendly. They are genuinely kind and caring as well. The ease with which they opened an account and helped me get pre approval for a loan was wonderful. I am so grateful. Keep up the great work!
Great place to bank. Everyone working here is very professional and kind. They make you feel welcome and treat you like family. Adele helped me set up my account and her knowledge and demeanor were outstanding! I could tell she took great pride in her job. Highly recommend this credit union!
