My father passed recently and I was a fool to think the branch manager would help me. She doesn’t answer my calls or any questions. Instead of seeking approval for refinancing she chose to default on my fathers loan then lied to me about what she did. Mind you I’m collateral owner and have made every payment in person.
Dont update or provide holiday hours, quite frustrating!!
I sent a wire transfer to Mexico on my wife's behalf and the money never arrived. They said they use Western Union to transfer funds but when we tracked it there were other transfers as well, The money never arrived it was quite a lot!! After 6 months of getting the runaround they closed the case and were out 1500 dollars!!!! First bad experience I would not use AAFCU for wire transfers.
Not sure what changed over the past few months but they are so rude and nasty to guest. Felt like I was speaking to someone who hates their jobs. They laugh while you’re trying to get a better understanding super unprofessional. Patricia Mendoza she spelled it out for me which should tell you how low of an individual she was to me.
