Jennifer B. Was a great help speeding up my wife's membership application! Seeing the status still in idle, she took ownership and handled the application for us quickly for us to provide to our real estate agent. We really appreciate this bank and Jennifer's customer service.
This is not about this location but as a credit union in hole. Here it is the Sunday before Christmas and my card has been locked. There office is closed and the call center is closed. Now I have to wait until Monday and try to call in between customer at my own job while there open and try to get helped.
