Ive been calling this bank day after day and no one EVER answer the phone i'm trying speak with someone about my new account.
Policy or not; this Credit Union outlet is the worse. Easy deposit, most difficult access to fund. This Branch almost made me lose an urgent business opportunity on 7/10/25. I was in the AAFCU Euless Branch; 1st they told me I couldn’t withdraw cash (low ball), 2nd , to temporarily increase debit limit; I must step aside and call a number - Quite diabolical that the Bank you come to cannot do just what they are physically there to do (unfair burden forced on customer who already labored hard to make money). This branch NEVER answers their phone. Really terrible customer service. Beware that the ATM eats your cash and card! And this branch has been zero help in resolving this issue. HQ has very helpful, thankfully.
Yesterday, I received a call from fraud prevention notifying me that my account had been compromised and a charge of 542.00 was attempted via Walmart.com. Apparently this has affected thousands of members. Customer Service is impossible to reach with limited information as to when funds will be returned or issue resolved. I'm fortunate enough to have accounts with other banks but I can't imagine those who solely bank here .
