This is the second best banking system I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The first best is merging with another and has lost its momentum. This one is quickly out running the first best ever. I really like doing business with AAFCU and I intend on being a customer for a long, long time. We have found that their rates and business practices are practical; suiting our needs. The employees appear to be happy in their positions, which says a lot. This is one of two locations we frequent and both are desirable.

I love this bank so much. All of the women there are so sweet and helpful!! Even if it’s just a quick stop at the bank for me, their positive attitude is contagious!
Coordination with employees about their own eligibility policies or requirements is lacking. The loan officer that sits outside, wasted our time with the application, in spite of knowing we weren’t eligible. I Will be making a formal complaint about this with the branch manager.
