Coordination with employees about their own eligibility policies or requirements is lacking. The loan officer that sits outside, wasted our time with the application, in spite of knowing we weren’t eligible. I Will be making a formal complaint about this with the branch manager.

Extremely rude every time I’ve come into the facility. Not willing to help or get an understanding, impersonal and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I closed every account I had. No customer should be treated in this manner.

Policy or not; this Credit Union outlet is the worse. Easy deposit, most difficult access to fund. This Branch almost made me lose an urgent business opportunity on 7/10/25. I was in the AAFCU Euless Branch; 1st they told me I couldn’t withdraw cash (low ball), 2nd , to temporarily increase debit limit; I must step aside and call a number - Quite diabolical that the Bank you come to cannot do just what they are physically there to do (unfair burden forced on customer who already labored hard to make money).
