Absolutely ridiculous! They constantly have issues with their phone lines!!! I’ve tried to make a payment on my car loan and consolidation loan for 2 WEEKS and still have not been successful!!! No callback calls or anything. I’ve left messages, too! I have the phone records to prove it!!! Their banking app is so outdated and archaic to say the very least. Yesterday, I received a call from fraud prevention notifying me that my account had been compromised and a charge of 542.00 was attempted via Walmart.com. Apparently this has affected thousands of members. Customer Service is impossible to reach with limited information as to when funds will be returned or issue resolved. I'm fortunate enough to have accounts with other banks but I can't imagine those who solely bank here . Beware before choosing this bank.
I called American Airlines Federal Credit Union today to talk about moving forward with CDs. A delightful lady by the name of Kim helped me understand what my options were. She was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. Please acknowledge her excellence!
