I just experienced a rude teller/agent at the Hurst branch. She was so pleasant to the customer before me. I waited and she said next so I walked up to her window. She was very cold and not pleasant to me at all. I had to tell her what I needed, she didn’t say a word. I asked for paper to write out my cashier check request.
