Dismissive, rude, unprofessional personnel working at AA. They have no empathy or regard for people. One of them lied to us and intentionally noted our account falsely which caused them other staff members not to abide by policy and give us transportation vouchers. Seems like people at this airport just don't care. It was an awful experience and will not be coming through DC again.
No Cellphone Lot... cars parked waiting everywhere and this was at midnight. I can't even imagine during rush hour... what a nightmare!!!
Nice, clean airport. Lots of food options to choose from. Everything was on time.
