Helpful and understanding.
This place is great to deal with. I purchased my Harley-Davidson and needed additional financing and the process between the dealer and American Acceptance was so easy. Everyone I ever dealt with in the office was professional and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have the same problem with Travis as everyone else does but I've worked with him in the past. What you see from him here at American Acceptance is who he is. He is just nasty across the board. He has the demeanor to talk down on whoever he may think is the less fortunate. If you can avoid him do so at all costs. I purchased my vehicle in 2015 and I will be paying it off next month. I've only been late one time in 30 days, 2 yrs ago and he still harass me during my grace period or before my ... read more
