Very nice and younger lady and very knowledgeable.
My wife bought a 2011 Ford explorer about three months ago and went through American 1 credit union in Marshall MI and got a very good deal so I went there about a week ago and was approved for a vehicle that I did not buy. Today I found a vehicle that I wanted and called, not only did they get me approved for a payment I like but transfered everything to the cement city branch and finalized everything there to save me a lot of gas and drive time. Thank you very much america 1, you are my credit union in the future.
Horrible customer service from the employees and company. Would not recommend American 1 to anyone.
