The employees are wonderful. Especially at our smaller branches near our home (Brooklyn and Vandercook). We’ve never had a bad experience at either location and they are always very helpful and friendly.
i went into A1CU office with question about a reoccurring new fee. I had unknowingly signed up for a subscription on the internet. The employee took care of it, explained how I probably did this. Very polite & helpful...again.

Excellent Credit Union to deal with. Made getting approved for a loan and buying a car very easy. All done through phone calls and e-mails. Everyone was friendly and made the experience simple and stress free. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them! Frances and Chantel made this process go smoothly and they are very knowledgeable.
I found myself in need of a vehicle and was steered to American 1 Credit Union. I can tell you first hand, these people are phenomenal! I was so nervous about this whole process and Frances, Chantel & Amber made this experience so smooth. I appreciate you ladies for being so kind, especially Frances for answering a million questions for me and helping me out when there was a glitch with the title. This place has excellent customer service, which is so hard to find nowadays. Thank you!
