Today a driver was cursing and yelling at my TWO YEAR old son (who is handicapped and brain damaged from birth) bc his toy was apparently too loud. And was also yelling at my fiance from the moment she got in the cab bc she did not get in fast enough ( he didnt offer to help with the bags or carseat) I gaurantee if i was in the car instead of my fiance he would have said nothing, but since it was a young woman and a toddler he felt he could get away with acting this way. Great company, excellent cab drivers. Each driver that showed up at my house were on time and very helpful. They love to be tipped for their service. Sometimes I tip the driver, sometimes I don't.
