I purchased several items back in 2017 and I absolutely love what I got. I recently updated from Queen to King sized bed and wanted to upgrade the frame, but boy, the price has went up a lot (not their fault, I know). They agreed to give me a discount and for that I'm very grateful. Autumn was very helpful and very nice. I highly recommend them!!!
They are a horrible furniture store that refuses to stand by their products. I bought a hybrid mattress from them, and it was delivered decompressed, and I was told that it would expand within 2-3 days. It has been over a week it still has not fully expanded. I called to find out if it could be returned or replaced as the one, they delivered was clearly faulty. At first, they told me that they would not do a return, then when I explained the situation to them, they told me to email them photos and they would get back to me. ... read more
