Susana's a bad person to work with. Isn't responsible for anything she does and lost my tax forms and work return my call or my text. She's always sick and probably drunk. She needs help. That's the owner. Please return to me my tax forms so I can leave and go elsewhere thank you.!!

We appreciate, and thank all of you , for taking the time to write a review. We certainly value all of our customers and try to help make the necessary adjustments to stay a viable business. We have a strict company policy to never engage on yelp, however, to address the negative comments, we had an internal review and decided to respond. As indicated in our private message all documents must be accurate before submitted. if you bring the correct papers you will never have any problems.

Horrible experience messed up all my paper work and my tax return came back short we had to go somewhere else to get it fixed
