I had reserved a vehicle few weeks prior to today 2/13/26. I reserved via phone call. Paid deposit and went to pick the car up mind you I called into this place several times before i went to pick the car up. Once I got there I was told the vehicle was unsafe 3 bad tires that couldn’t be replaced due to having to be ordered. Great rental car company! Shannon was so kind and professional. I’m from out-of-town and he helped me tremendously when my car broke down and had to be towed prior to the snowstorm! I will always rent from this company when I’m in the area!
