We have been customers since the company started and have never had problems. They are happy to schedule us and when our A/C went down last week came out within an hour and fixed the unit by the end of the day. We couldn't be happier.

They have very poor customer service. They will try to sell you a two year service contract by charging you an escalated price for working on your HVAC system and telling you that you can either pay the price for the part or if you will sign up for their two year service contract they will waive the price of the part and the installation. There is approximately $5.00 difference in the two offers. It seems they know before they come out to your house what they will tell you is wrong with your system and then they will tell you the cost of the parts and installation which is inflated (we checked with other HVAC contractors) so that you will think it only makes sense to sign up for their two year contract. Why not because they tell you the price of the contract and the price of the parts is almost identical and they tell you they are waiving the price of the parts. Then when you have signed a two year contract I am sure they will come out again and inflate the price of whatever they do then as well. We also have family that this happened to with this company. If we had know this before we got involved with them we would have contacted someone else. I reported this incident to the BBB on 11/29/2012 and they have refused to respond even after the BBB has contacted them regarding this two times. I would not have posted a review if they would have at least responded but this is really bad customer service to not even acknowledge customer complaints. My advise is to not use this company unless you want to pay more for the services they offer than is a reasonable and customary charge.

Terrible Customer Service – strongly recommend you find another business before using this company, they signed a service agreement at my home, but since they have no control over their own employees couldn't honor the contract. I signed a 2 year service agreement and due to work I could only have them come on Saturdays, which is very clearly stated on my service agreement, well all of sudden they can't honor that and I'm SOL. It is 12/10 this month and I am just now getting reimbursed 64% of the service agreement, which was 2 services per year that I signed back in July of 2008. I was also told on the phone that I should be "happy" that I am getting anything since their employee clearly broke their rules, and they can't control what their own employees tell their customers. They don't seem to have any customer appreciation, I was told not to worry about the money they wouldn't refund and it's the holiday season so I should be happy. Avoid, Lucas, Tony, and Billy. Rachael on the phones is great.
