American First Credit Union mislead, and are untrustworthy and dishonest with their customers. They changed loan amounts for a mutual customer and created unnecessary poor experience.
I think this location has the best service ever. Especially Caleb.
I have alway been treated with respect. I don't know what I'm going to do with the Harmons branch closing. Another branch isn't close enough for me to get to.
Worst CU I've ever dealt with. We bought a vehicle from one of their members, and the CU kept the title for 2 months! Is this even legal? The vehicle was not theirs any longer, and they said that "someone would come looking for it eventually. " Seems unethical if not outright against the law. Had I not chased it down, would they have kept it indefinitely? They had my information and that of their member.
The people are great, especially being such a small branch. They are always willing to help and have great attitudes.
