AFCU is awesome! I recently got a car loan through them and they were incredibly helpful and efficient. It’s nice to know that they have your back. I was very happy with my service :)

The team here is efficient, they try to help the best way they can, and always greet you with respect and a great attitude even when line is long and they had difficult customers.
Customer service has really taken a dive at AFCU. It used to be great. Now, people are just rude and unhelpful, especially in their call center. It's time to start shopping for a different credit union.
