After 2 days of stressing over a dumb mistake I myself made, a teller named Jimmy was so amazing and so helpful. Definitely going to be requesting them by name from now on for any issues that may come up.
USE CAUTION! America First Credit Union had a valid Power of Attorney on file authorizing me to oversee my mother’s account. On three separate occasions, I informed the credit union that this account was at high risk for fraud, and staff assured me they would notify me of any suspicious activity. Despite this, multiple tellers and supervisors observed and documented more than four large cash withdrawals that raised concern, generated “Suspicious Activity Reports” and still failed to contact the Power of Attorney.
