Me and my bf went in to get a new credit/debit card. We were nervous because it was our first time. Jimmy assisted us and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Excellent customer service! Did everything they could to help us. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you!

We've been banking with AFCU for close to a decade and have never been asked where our money is coming from or been told what account to put it in until this specific location. I understand that the tellers have legal right to ask and recommend those things. What I don't like is the insensitivity and condescending attitude that come with the questions.
