America first credit union has always been there for me when I have needed them. Very friendly and good customer service. Have recommended them to my colleague and family. The Hyrum branch and providence branch are excellent.
Amazing place, I have done all my financial needs in this branch. They all have treated me like family, Branch manager Michelle is an amazing person always helping me with any need and questions I had. Excellent customer service ❤️ love it.
I have never been more disappointed in my life! The manager belittled a woman who was attempting to cash a check. Was extremely unkind when the customer had questions about the check. She even yelled loudly personal information such as the customers name and amount that was on the check. The poor customer left embarrassed and in tears. The manager should be ASHAMED of herself.
