the older gentleman who was only working for three weeks was so kind and tried to help me to the best of his ability. His boss on the other hand was rude and condescending me and my family have used AFCU for years and are considering leaving them for another credit union. His supervisor had longer brown hair and told me I had to get a certain statement to change an account my car payment was taking out of and when I showed him the statements on my phone he said those didn’t work and I went to Wells Fargo got the paper statem... read more

Madi was super friendly, helpful and kind! She helped me with a new car loan and was so happy and pleasant to be around. She made a normally mundane bank experience quite enjoyable! She was professional and personable and I’m so glad she was able to help me with everything needed for this new car. Give that girl a raise!
