The service is fast and the people are wonderful
Ashlee was super sweet and followed up with me to make sure all was taken care of!
I have now been hung up on twice after waiting for 45 minutes to talk with customer service. I have a problem with my account that needs to be addressed, I tried over the phone with no luck with being helped. Now I am going to have to take time away from work to fix my problem. They have friendly people working for them. The only problem I have is them taking the time to get a solution for me. This is not a reflection on the Spanish Fork branch. This issue is with the customer service department.
They have the best staff ever! These ladies really know their customers, and will do whatever in their power to make sure we are properly taken care of. I am so grateful for the face to face interaction and working with people who remember my name my face and the account. I highly recommend this location, they really go above and beyond to help.
