There's nothing about anyone being first except for their own egos. They proactively try to make life harder and keep you from your money. Corporate won't fix the problem. Going to the branch in Cedar City is literally hostile.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a loan provider. They rejected multiple insurance policies I had on my vehicle and more than doubled my monthly payment without explanation. Whenever I’ve reached out for assistance, all I’ve received are automated messages saying they can’t help. To top it off, they’ve now deleted my account. I never imagined it would be this difficult to give a company my money. Avoid this place at all costs.
I would say why, but they don't read or respond. They suck.
America First is just one of the worst banks I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Getting a loan is practically impossible, and verifying your information takes several days. I took a whole week to apply and verify to get an auto loan, only to be told they wouldn't lend me ANY money. I wish they would've just told me that straight up.
