Leizel Pierce I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Leizel who helped me today. She was extremely kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service and a great representation of the bank. I truly appreciate the help and positive attitude!
Leizel did an excellent job for my company, Ram Junk Removal. She assisted us in opening a business account, establishing a line of credit, and helping me set up my own credit. She was also very informative about various aspects, such as placing our company logo on our credit cards. Additionally, she helped my friend open his own line of credit and establish his own account. Remarkably, all these tasks were completed within the same day.
Leizel pierce She did very good and made us feel like we wanted to come back and continue to ask questions so she was really nice ! I wish she wasn’t covering for the office but it’s okay I still will continue to bank with Afcu !
