I absolutely hate the fact that it won't let you transfer money within your account (like savings transfered to checking) outside of business hours. I should NOT have to wait until it's open of within business hours to access or move my MY money. Within my own accounts.
Under trained staff, who doesn't know what they are doing. As of a result, hours of my time were wasted where I'll have to come back. Steer clear of this location maybe of AFCU in general.
Excellent service. This tall kid that works there helped me for like an hour to get my accounts all fixed up. Was very patient with my crazy situation. Staff changes a lot but always really good.

Upon opening my account, I asked that my card be declined if there's not enough funds to cover the purchase...That didn't happen so I was charged $50 in fees despite me bringing the account positive before end of business! Definitely, not a good first impression
