American first bank! Bad customer service. Closing time and the line was really long so I left to my car n came back right away and I got refused to stand back in line even tho there's still 5 other ppl in line! I explained I was previously in line n left to my car but no sympathy. Now im late on my rent!! Horrible customer service...
Probably going to be switching banks as soon as I can. I dislike their customer service. All the tellers I’ve dealt are not the nicest or brightest, same goes to their phone reps(I’d say they are worse!) I actually have had instances when they tell you something but it is not accurate and they just deceive and trick you. It’s like they are not consistently trained. AFCU, if you are reading the reviews you should train your people better.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve had dealings with every level of employee at this location and they’ve all been great. I switched to this bank from zions and I’ve never had a regret.
Went here insted of my normal branch and the manager was very nice and helped me get a transamerica check cashed. I'll be going here from now on
