I accidently left my ID today (Saturday) in the around 3 pm. They called me at 4:33 pm just half an hour before. I couldn't make it as I was very far from the branch. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my ID.
Went in to make a simple cash deposit. Left with me calling to cancel my account. Let's just say they could care less about having your business. The solo teller was sitting behind a desk with no one around when I walked up. I got no smile no greeting no how are you today. In fact I sat down and he just stared at me. I said I wanted to make a deposit and then I asked about some overdraft charges that were on my account. AFCU had charged me TWO overdraft fees of $25 each for auto withdrawals that went through on the same day ... read more
My original review was quite scathing. (see below) I believe new management has increased the overall customer service to way above average... GOOD SERVICE... original 1 star review... Slow, slow, slow. If you have a lot of time to kill, and you want to be helped by people that do not know what they're doing. It could take 20 minutes to do a simple check deposit, this is the place to go. And don't plan on it going in the right account. And don't plan on getting your card back.
