ATM took like 200 dollars from me and all the front counter people did was put in a request to get it back in two days. i kinda needed to pay a bill today, so that was inconvenient. When i called america first to see what was up with the request, they told me i need to contact the branch directly. I’m literally not the type of person to leave reviews but this whole situation was kinda ridiculous and frustrating.
Wouldn't deposit my rent check into a businessaccount, told me it was high risk. Questioned me about whether it's apartments or something else, like it matters. Wanted a cashiers check. I went to another branch without any problem.
Not good. In fact, I closed all my accounts with America First because of my experience with this branch.
WOW. What a waste of time.
