RIP AFCU Mobile Banking (2011–2026). This update is an embarrassing downgrade. They replaced a top-tier app with a clunky web wrapper that feels like a school kid’s coding project. All the visual budgeting tools, the net worth tracker, and Money Manager are missing. I can't reorganize my dashboard, password managers are broken, and the chatbot is half-baked. To top it off, the display is huge, clunky, and changed the clear green and red transactions to a confusing flat grey.
My husband and I struggled with the mobile app for months and finally Jennifer, in customer service, did a great job solving all our problems. Thank you!
