Close family passed away, after life follow up is confusing and difficult at best. AFCU made managing the wrap-up of someone's financial aspect of life was compassionate and understanding and helped me work through the process. Shout out to Dip, she leads the way. My approach, ask for her when I want amazing help.
Dipti was very friendly and helpful opening accounts for my kids, explaining interest rates in the different accounts to help them understand. AFCU is great for kids accounts, with rewards and prizes, making saving money fun!
I took out an equity loan. The woman who did the closing does not know the difference between this Friday and next Friday. Her manager needs to explain this to her. It is a very easy concept but she does NOT understand. It makes me wonder how many other mistakes does she make every day?
I was trying to set up a business bank account online and I was having a trouble figuring it out. I went in person and got help from Katie who walked me through all the steps and also help the process to set up the bank account be a lot faster. She was excellent.
