I went into the branch to finish refinancing an auto loan. Jen went above and beyond all expectations. She answered my questions, explained things in detail and put my nerves at ease. She was honestly amazing. Heber branch people, it has people that give a hoot.
So many issues, we finally gave up. After 23 years with America First we are moving. When we tried to get paperwork notarized, they told us that we had to bring in our own witness and that them providing a witness is a conflict of interest. Multiple times we had to reinstate our adult daughter's card while she was in India, despite the fact that she had filled out the require paperwork beforehand to prevent that.
