They do a great job being attentive to the customers needs.
I somewhat recently opened an account here with Scott, which was a smooth process and I liked it, but what really did it for me was when I checked my mail this morning and got a card from him thanking me for my business and welcoming me to the Credit Union! He told me about a new promotion AND gave me his business card to reach out if anything goes wrong! Who does that??? I’ve been to a lot of America First locations and this one is definitely one of the best. It’s just refreshing to walk in and see smiling faces and it’s even better to see a financial institution where the tellers don’t have their noses in the phones. I swear everywhere I go every employee is just glued to their phone, but not America First in Heber! There are some great employees, I specifically love Jenn and Scott. Nicest people on earth. Best customer service and they print debit cards in 3-5 minutes. No waiting for mail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Juan and Jen are amazing! They helped me set up both credit and debit accounts, and were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Two incredible humans that are apart of this industry !
