I’m a disabled veteran that is starting a nonprofit to help other veterans and families, plus non veterans. Navy Federal Credit Union will not open a Business account. They Only support 501c that supports only Veterans. Excellent customer service opening My Account
It is such a pain to deal with them when I want to make an extra payment on the loan that’s in my husband’s name. Seriously people, if some random person is trying to make a payment on my loan, WHY WON’T YOU LET THEM?! To be fair, they would let me, they just insisted on charging an $8 fee unless I got my husband on the phone too. It’s still terrible. I will absolutely never bank with them again!
