This branch is the worst! Their drive-thru is always closed. When you go in you get one of two tellers: gentleman who is really polite but super unhelpful. Or another who gives inaccurate and illegal information about fraudulent charges on your account. He actually told the customer in front of me that they were only allowed to close their card three times due to fraud and they would have to get permission from their head bank before they get inactivate his card.
