I’m from the Salt Lake valley area and had to take care of some business while I was in the area. The ladies at this location were more than willing to help. Small town friendly with big town capabilities.
Absolutely the worst financial institution I've ever done business with. The incompetence is everywhere. They go out of their way to make it hard to make a payment. Its almost as if they are trying to make you miss a payment. I will never do business with them again.
I went in because my card wasn’t working, and he helped me with a withdrawal, AND caught that I was moving so we changed my address! LEGENDARY! Thank you so much!
This is not for this branch as they have always been very helpful. This is for America firsts online banking overall. The fact that I have never been able to successfully make an online payment without calling in is a joke, I also am unable to pay off my card without bringing in a cashiers check or cash because of their transfer limits. As soon as my car loan there is paid off I will not be banking with them any longer.
