Been an AFCU member for 26 years and love this cu. So happy when they opened a branch in Rexburg. They are the best credit union or bank that I have dealt with in 40 years.
Really nice location with a lobby open on Saturdays! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Got everything done that needed to be done and then some 🦅

I will NEVER use America First Credit Union again. Their practices are completely unreliable and dishonest. I was lied to multiple times by different representatives, given conflicting information, and left in the dark when it mattered most. They clearly do not value their members or operate with any integrity. If you're looking for a trustworthy financial institution—keep looking. This place is a nightmare.
The premium banking they offer is a freaking joke and it's a scam. A waste of six bucks a month useless
