The under writing assistant manager( I believe her name was shey) lied about the dealership we were trying to finance regarding their title turn in and wouldn’t finance us. We went to a different branch and they got us approved. This branch discriminates against people and are not honest
They lied about us in front of a customer and told them we do not turn in titles, when asked, they had no answer and said they don't know which car. They did not want to finance a customer and instead of being honest with them, the assistant manager lied and made us look bad. We are bonded dealership that has been in business for 40 years. And we give America First a lot of business and never once have been asked to bring a title in before the sale is finalized. Very unprofessional
