Clean, quaint branch location. It wasn't super busy when I went, although I was the first in a queue to form. A representative named Austin noticed my waiting and pulled me to help at his desk, and was quick and kind, and had me out within 5 minutes from there. A small branch of AFCU, but very good if you're stopping by in non-peak hours for quick service. Thank you!
I worked with Wesley today at the branch in Cottonwood Heights. He was so helpful! He got me through my initial reason for the visit efficiently and was very informative. And then he helped me further by reminding me of some other things that AFCU had to offer and it saved me from having to make another trip. I feel so grateful to have worked with him today.
YALL NEED TO KNOW ABOUT KIM, the assistant branch manager. I had to dispute roughly a 2000 charge, that was fraudulent and praying on me form a large business, because I am the “small fry” I had to dispute it twice, no results, so finally I went into the bank, and had an ACTUAL conversation with a human being, her name was Kimberly the assistant branch manager. AFCU is the most efficient and friendliest bank. I never have to wait like I do at other banks and the associates are always so friendly. Stephne at the cottonwood heights branch is always so friendly and smiling. She is a friend. I love this branch!
I opened up a business account here today and the service was smooth, simple and Austin’s demeanor and communication were exceptional. Highly recommend !
