Clean, quaint branch location. It wasn't super busy when I went, although I was the first in a queue to form. A representative named Austin noticed my waiting and pulled me to help at his desk, and was quick and kind, and had me out within 5 minutes from there. A small branch of AFCU, but very good if you're stopping by in non-peak hours for quick service. Thank you!
I worked with Wesley today at the branch in Cottonwood Heights. He was so helpful! He got me through my initial reason for the visit efficiently and was very informative. And then he helped me further by reminding me of some other things that AFCU had to offer and it saved me from having to make another trip. I feel so grateful to have worked with him today.
Don’t make cash deposits on the 24H ATM machine! Just put about $200 in for a deposit, following the instructions carefully. Pressed to continue, it took the cash, but it promptly said the transaction was cancelled… WITHOUT returning the cash! So I guess I’m out $200 now because of this poorly functioning machine. I feel robbed. And now I need to figure out what to do with 200 less bucks to my name for the next 2 weeks. Great branch. Austin was awesome. I came in for an auto loan and walked out happy with a checkings and savings account as well. Look forward to working with them in the future.
AFCU is the most efficient and friendliest bank. I never have to wait like I do at other banks and the associates are always so friendly. Stephne at the cottonwood heights branch is always so friendly and smiling. She is a friend. I love this branch!
