I would give this bank zero stars if I could! They used the wrong social security number when I opened an account. They even had me bring my social security card in to open an account and they still got it wrong?! RIDICULOUS. Look for a different credit union.
Everyone I spoke with was very respectful and understanding of my financial situation, and able to help me open a line of credit as a safety net so I don't get charged overdraft fees if I don't have enough in my Checking for a purchase. I used to bank with Wells Fargo and I feel like the employees of America First both in the branch and on the phone are so much more respectful of my humanity and patient when I have questions. Worse location to work in West Valley and will never go back. The loan officer with blond hair and kind of big and chunky and tattoos and piercing needs to didn’t get her name she just need to be nice to people and respect other women or people and not just say no and we won’t help you and she doesn’t need to treat people like their two years old and say basically rude things.
