AFCU took great care of us, answering all of our questions and helping our daughter with her first account. Great experience!
Place sucks, 1 teller at their busiest. Add a bunch of randoms just walking around instead of helping people. Recipe for a line out the door. It would be different if it was once in a while, however it’s the norm at this location.
They are helpful and quick. It is a busier branch than most so I do try to get there mid day. Even end of day the line moves pretty well.
Gardner Richmond is a loan officer at the Saratoga Springs branch and he is so knowledgeable and helpful. He set my wife up with an account suite, multiple cards and services that will streamline her life. Thank you G.
