Tried making a withdrawal to close an account and they (Angela) refused to give out the withdrawal in 100$ dollar bills which i thought was weird and frustrating as I then had to go to another bank to get 100$ bills.
When you have this many Negative reviews about a certain Branch Location, it’s employees, and specifically the Branch Manager, you would think the Credit Union would pay attention and take note, and make the necessary changes! I have no idea who hires the employees for this branch, but the amount of misinformation given by the tellers and the wait times just to be misinformed is astounding! I always have a good experience when I come to this branch. They are friendly, helpful and get me in and out quickly.
I had a “card guard” notification on Sunday that there was a pending transaction on my account for $75.13. The transaction is fraudulent and was not made by me. I immediately tried to contact the fraud department so they could block the transaction. I called the only 800 number that is anywhere online but there was no option to report fraud. I went to the web page and tapped on “report fraud” and it states that I should file a police report and then contact the bank at the 800 number. So now I have to wait until they are in ... read more
Banked with them for over 15 years and they just decided to close my account with no warning! Don’t bank with them! Tried to resolve the issue and they told me there is nothing they can do!!
