Just moved to the area and this became my new branch. Went in to take care of some business and Kori the branch manger was the most helpful professional I’ve interacted with in quite some time. Best AFCU branch I’ve been into hands down!
We have been banking with America First Credit Union for well over 20 years. Customer service has always been consistently excellent, but today the teller who helped me in the Saratoga Springs branch went above and beyond. She helped me request a title to a vehicle we paid off as well as withdraw cash for an upcoming trip. She was pleasant, polite, professional and so thorough.
I always have a great experience with America first and have been a member for 20 years. Great people and a great credit union!
Rachel was super awesome. She noto ly helped me with what I went in for, but also she noticed a way I could be benefitting more, brought it to my attention and walked me through the changes. Her customer service was simply outstanding!!!
