10:25 Saturday, September 20 this newbie chick at the drive up window pissed me off. She put my ID card and receipt at the box at the farthest side. And I tried to grabbed it failed and she closed the box right away. I told her I can’t reach and she opened it and instead of fixing the card and putting it closer she just watched me struggle reaching for it. Just don’t go to this branch very poor service, especially white guy in the teller don’t know his doing, he shouldn’t be there.
