The business overall is a good credit union. This particular location is very sloppy and unorganized. I would avoid this location at all costs. If I was on the board, I would definitely replace whoever is running the show here. I’m surprised a manager and employee were BOTH allowed to call out on the 1st of the month.
Great Credit Union! All the Tellers are friendly and fast. Most of the time, I work with Julian, he is extremely kind and helpful, always looking for services that are beneficial to us.
Julian was very helpful with me on an issue I had with a double payment. The issue was resolved. He's very patient and friendly! Thanks again!
THIS ONLY APPLIES TO NYELLI at Horizon Ridge and Eastern branch. All the other branches are fine. Nyelli is incompetent and needs to go back to bank teller school (or get a GED) for more training. Recently I visited the branch on Eastern and Horizon Ridge and attempted to deposit a check ($18g) from another Local Credit Union and was assisted by a teller, then a manager named Nyelli. She did not "like" the check, so she called the other credit union, VERIFIED the funds were there, check was good, AND STILL WOULDN'T DEPOSIT T... read more
