Aide was amazing
I spoke on the phone with them for at least 10-15 minutes verifying the requirements and documents needed for membership and to open an account to prevent any issues before going there. Then I went there. Although I had 2 forms of ID and 3 proofs of address showing my current local address including a rental receipt and employment pay stub, I was rejected for membership because all my utilities are included in the rent. I had the most wonderful experience with Aide Parra here at AFCU. Due to being a business owner with complex finances and taxes, it has been hard for me to get loans and credit cards with good terms.
