I absolutely love Been at the santaquin branch. Every time i have come to him, he is honest and helpful. I feel like he listens and goes out of his way to help.
Went in after work to open a bank account and Ben was of great help. He answered any questions I had with knowledge and suggestions. Always nice to deal with pleasant folks such as Ben. Thank you
USE CAUTION! America First Credit Union had a valid Power of Attorney on file authorizing me to oversee my mother’s account. On three separate occasions, I informed the credit union that this account was at high risk for fraud, and staff assured me they would notify me of any suspicious activity. Despite this, multiple tellers and supervisors observed and documented more than four large cash withdrawals that raised concern, generated “Suspicious Activity Reports” and still failed to contact the Power of Attorney.
